3 reasons why yoga will improve your climbing

  1. Strength: Yoga like climbing requires you to hold your body weight for periods of time. It's slow pace will help you practice patience and improve your endurance on the wall.

  1. Flexibility allows you to:

    • bend into awkward positions keeps your movements fluid

    • improve your range of motions

    • protect yourself from injury.

  2. Breathing: Yoga techniques help you avoid holding your breath when you're concentrating or facing physical exertion.

  • MEMBERS

    1 free class per week

    $15 per an additional class

  • NON MEMBERS - One off classes

    $15 per stretch class

    $25 stretch class + climb pass

  • Non members - 10 Pass

    $150 for 10 x stretch classes

    $225 for 10 x stretch class + climb pass
