Climbers looking to level up! Whether you’re new or want to break through to the next level, Bouldering Foundations is for you. Bring your projects or get tips to better your technique, hold challenging holds, or learn new moves. Jad’s fun and flexible sessions focus on learning, boosting confidence, and having a blast.
What we will cover
In 90 minutes, we'll cover essential climbing concepts:
The holds and how to hold them
Body Positioning / Perpendicular Arms
Route Reading
Footwork and the power of legs
Flagging / A balanced body
Advanced footwork (Heels, Toes, Clawing, Rock Overs)
Using Momentum
You’ll learn how to climb smarter, not harder, with efficient movement on different wall angles (slab, vertical, overhang). This course builds your climbing knowledge and confidence. We'll move from theory to practice with personalised feedback and answers to your questions.
