Returns & Exchanges Policy
We’re a small, family-run climbing gym and we want you to love your Boulder Heads gear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Change of mind / wrong size
If you ordered the wrong size or it doesn’t fit the way you hoped, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
To qualify:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags/packaging (if any) should still be attached
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
You’re welcome to bring the item into the gym for an exchange, or post it back to us.
Return postage for change-of-mind exchanges is at your cost.
Faulty or damaged items
If your shirt arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it or refund you — no stress.
Please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.
We’ll cover the return shipping for faulty items.
Sale items
Sale or clearance items can be exchanged, but refunds aren’t available unless the item is faulty.

In-store purchases
If you bought your shirt at the gym, you can return or exchange it in person within 14 days, as long as it’s unworn and in original condition.
